Stop Spending Your Energy on Others

Let me tell you one thing, that will not only save your emotional energy but will also help you to be satisfied with your life. What I noticed, is that majority of the people want to look at what others are doing in their lives, the common example of such bad practice is watching vlogs. I don’t think watching vlogs is a source of entertainment, in fact, the people who watch vlogs, are unsatisfied with their lives and they are looking at other people’s daily life. I already highlighted how daily vlogging is impacting our lives, making us physically & emotionally drained.

Honestly speaking, I am giving you the simplest trick, let’s try this just for 1 week and the results will be amazing. Don’t pursue what others are doing, it can be everything from a source of living to what other people wear. Don’t spend your physical and emotional energy thinking all day about others. For example, if someone in your circle, even your close friend is making a lot of money, then don’t be jealous of him and never feel menial and derate yourself and think, why am I lagging, what or why…. ?

Instead of scrolling down this in your mind all day long, you can get an idea from that, but frankly telling you, don’t jump into everything because some things are not for everyone. Try to remain calm, don’t bother yourself with others, rather focus on your abilities, have a sense of gratitude, and accept that you are unique, you have another purpose.

Let me elaborate on this for you, imagine you are a student of art, and you see that one of your friends who is a student of computer sciences is making a lot of money by just doing coding and other web stuff, right? now it can make you feel inferior and you may get demotivated. And you may start thinking, why I am still jobless and my friend is making a lot, it might happen, that you started desiring about: “ I wish I had selected computer sciences and today I were making a lot of money like my friend…

Now here two scenarios can come, first, you may get entangled all day about that, and it can detract you from your field. Second, what I have seen, the people leave their area of subject or even started learning that thing with their routine professional life. I am not against learning extra skills. But I have my opinion, as I mentioned earlier that “ Not all things are for you” so, I think that instead of putting your hands on everything else, you can put that effort into your area of expertise and be unique and be a shitty professional dude like no one else in your area of expertise. I will say at the end:

Do What Works For You

Take Care….
